Customers may request to cancel an order within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the order is placed, provided that the order has not already been processed, shipped, prepared for dispatch, or handed over to the shipping carrier.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

The product must be returned in its original packaging.
All tags, labels, accessories, manuals, gifts, and invoices must be included.
Beauty and personal care products must be unopened and sealed.
Apparel and accessories must be returned with original tags and packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees, customs fees, transfer fees, or any related costs.
